Combining elements of country, rock and hip-hop, Nigerian-American musician Shaboozey has reached the mainstream after releasing his singles A Bar Song and Vegas, and featuring on Beyoncé’s latest album Cowboy Carter.

Appearing on tracks Spaghetti and Sweet Honey Buckin, Shaboozey added his distinctive style to the Billboard 100-topping LP, which Rolling Stone critic John Blistein claimed was ‘a perfect fit’. This month, he’s set to release his new album Where I’ve Been, Isn’t Where I’m Going after joining multi-instrumentalist Jessie Murph on her In the Sticks Tour.
